After The Rain

For Grit who requested more pics of the Goatie Girls

Miss Bess

Miss Belle & Bess

Little Bess again

Hard to get a good pic of Belle - she's kinda dorky

There kinda of getting to be wide loads - still haven't worked out a Billy for them yet.

For Ginni, who didn't request anything but the chickens deserve equel time

Bear's Farm - looking kinda shabby but Jay plans to extend the porch around the front so it makes no sense to fix it up at this point.

This is just the opposite of what my life is like; I love the animals and the pebbly driveway. ;)

I drove by goats last week and one was STANDING in the tree.

Love the chickens too.

Awww I'm a sucker for animal pics. The property that backs onto our driveway has a billy goat but he's not nearly as pretty as your girls.

What a great piece of land you have! I'm sure I'd never want to leave. So, Bear's Farm...is that your house? How much land do you have? What do you do with all your eggs? Is there a lot of labor involved with all the animals. etc? I'd love to hear more about the farm, and how that became a part of your lives.

Oh Brad, I'm so excited to see your chickens!! You have a very colorful flock and some great breeds! That's what I am aiming at, a colorful flock. Is that a blue silkie you have there? How adorable! Are they all hens? You must get lots of good eggs. I can't wait until mine start laying. I hope my neighbors don't complain so I can keep them that long at least...LOL!!

Thanks so much for posting pix of them, they are beautiful!

Oh and P.S. You have a wonderful place, all your critters are just so cute. It looks like you live a dream life and you deserve it!

Oh yeah, Polish chickens!! I've heard of them! That makes sense because silkies have weird feathers...yours look normal!
