Blog Tweakin

Bon armed me with just enough HTML knowledge to allow me to re-tweak the blog - I didn't like the old header pic not lining up. I like this much better.

The header pic is from the front yard. It's quite cropped and glamorized, taken from the best vantage point and all around just a lucky pic with the right light and all. Those are the Olympic Mountains, you can't see Puget Sound in between here & there. I was standing on the 3' boulder I convinced a county worker to place in my yard rather the dump on the county owned part of the right of way. It's a rock next to the volunteer apple tree, a grandchild to the orchard that was once here. Jay, Bear and I frequently sit on that rock and watch the sunset. Family Rock.

This is why I told Jay's cousin the first time I was here that if he ever sold this place I'd buy it.

And we did.

Your new layout looks GREAT! I'm so proud of you!

I can't believe you took that picture from your yard - no wonder you wanted to buy the place. What a fantastic view!

I hope you and your family are doing something fun together today.

love you -

Beautiful header pic. And to think it's the setting where you experience sunsets. Truly a place of magic. I love the idea of a decendent of the origional orchard there to applaud your pleasure. It paints a beautiful picture in my mind.

Have a wonderful day.

What an absolutely GORGEOUS view. And to think you have that anytime you want to walk outside and look at it. Your little slice of heaven is just that, isn't it? Big hugs to you and head scratches for Bear....or visa versa if you prefer. ;-)

Brad, your view is amazing. I love that photo, it's so perfect! I think it's wonderful that you bought your place, it looks like a place you'd want to spend your entire life. With Jay and Bear and rocks and apple trees and chickens and all that jazz, what more could a person want!

You are truly blessed!
