I love your pictures and your little "family". I think you are such a fortunate man to have all that space for the menagerie, and still be so close to the city.
I had a blogger friend that disappeared. She lived in the city and actually had chickens in her back yard. Mostly as pets. One in particular would sit in her lap when she was out in the back yard. It broke her heart when she died.
So are the animals for show? Inquiring minds need to know. The chickens are beautiful! Have the goats had a visit from their suiters? Do the animals make much noise?
I'm a suburban girl. I don't know about these things!

See? Wouldn't some llamas look lovely in that mix? Yes they would!
What are the chickens with the funny puffy feathers on their heads called? I love those!
PS, is Bear chewing on a stick? Bitsy does that sometimes. I think it's a guilt trip inspired to get a new bone...
