I was washing my face this morning and thought of Summer's request for a face shot of me posted here. Looking in the mirror I saw an old man staring back. When I was sick last week I stopped shaving. I last had a beard about 10 years ago. When it started to go grey my mother made it quite clear that she didn't want to be seen with a son with a grey beard.

The beard is almost silver/white now. It's a contrast with my hair that's still dark blonde, don't scrutinize the temples.

I'm also growing my hair out so I look like a shaggy mess. Could be a midlife crisis - doesn't feel like it though.

I'll go get myself scrubbed up & get Lolli to take my pic and post it in a bit.
