This mornings staff meeting agenda:
·Installation Team ‘A’ (who shall go nameless) left the door unlocked at the Ohio Ave. Building overnight the tenant lost $3500 in tools due to burglary. That money was refunded to our best, most lucrative customer. Let's get clear on this, start paying attention to what your doing.
·In the past year, the team has totaled two vans ($20K each) and damaged 2 other in excess of $1000
·If this continues there will be staff reductions.
·The cell phones provided by the company are for business purposes only. Your minutes on personal calls exceed your business calls by over 1000 minutes a month each. 60% of them during working hours. This will stop as of today or your gone.
·If you turn in a completed work order, don’t call me the next day to ask if it’s all ready been processed because you forgot to add something. Dude. That’s money, partially MY MONEY. The invoice was sent the day you turned in the work order. And it’s coming out of your check.
·By the way, help yourself to coffee and muffins.
Yeah, that was fun.

Good employees are the rarities. As you well know. Snarky...I like that.
No meetings today, right? Enjoy your Saturday. Plans?
i just don't know if i could handle being responsible for such grown rugrats. liability would eat a hole through my soul.
Why can't people just go to work and do their job???????????
BTW, no secret to my blog. It's not what it used to be, it's taking a turn for fun.
Sometimes I just feel stupid so after I write this I'll probably have my moment of clarity....but...I don't get the relationship between the Ohio Avenue incident and refunding your best customer. Sorry. I hate to miss ANYTHING. Love being in your life.
Ha! Sounds like the smack was laid down and rightfully so.
Bonnie - It's I that lack clarity in my posts. Our boy's left the tenant's space unlocked and someone walked in and ripped him off. Our Bad - Our payback.
I remember the working world..
my heart is fluttering.
Always,
Crusty~
