It was a nice nap while it lasted.

The Coyotes have come up from the creek and into the yard. Bear cannot be persuaded to come away from the window or too stop barking at them.

Miss Lilly has had her cat door blocked and I've even rummaged through the basement to find her kitty box. Unfortunately there's no kitty litter to be found and she doesn't seem to find hay an acceptable substitute. I told her she is just being fussy.

Partner has, on all reports, had a miserable day something about the crane hired to lift equipment onto a clients roof not fitting into the parking lot. Don't look at me. I didn't order it. He should be a barrel of fun tonight.

I think - (the cat is literally walking over the keyboard as I try to type) I think I'll go back and try that nap thing again. Or at least just hide in bed.

Hmm... how about dirt in the litter box? Can ya dig some dirt and put in there? I wouldn't hold my breath, but it's worth a shot.

Poor Miss Lilly, I wouldn't want to do my bidness on hay either! Would you? ;)

Partner will be dispatched to Safeway so Miss Lilly can uncross her legs

I totally get Miss Lilly's need for litter. My babies have to have the same kind of litter (Tidy Cats Small Spaces) or they will walk away from the booda dome in a huff.

Spoiled much?

I hope partner has a better rest of the day and you start to feel better soon.

Yee ha Uncle Brad. I have a tadpole and a heart beat. Keep your fingers crossed. Tell me more about the coyotes - people think us Aussies have the lead on dangerous animlas but a box jelly fish just doesn't howl like a wild dog!

The bird I fostered would not stay off my keyboard. Drove me nuts. She's in a new home with another bird. I'd guess she's off the keyboard too.

I guess I'd be pissed if my crane didn't fit. Yeah, like I'd have a crane. Maybe Crane stationary.
