What was I thinking ?

40+ year old men who could sling hay bales into barn lofts at 20, should never consider trying it again at 40+.

Ever.

I'll have more for you later when I can sit in the office chair for more than a few minutes, or partner moves the set up too my recliner.

Oh,

And ouch,

a lot,

really.

Meet my new friends, Icepack and Heatpad

Awww...stud muffin, be careful now. Seriously, be careful with the heat. I screwed my back up so bad earlier this year by laying for too long on a heating pad. You probably already know this, but it was so painful that I can't resist being Mother Fiwa and just making sure.

What were you trying to do - get the hay up out of the water? Can you believe all those photos on the news of the flooding down south? Those poor people.

Take care of your poor back and be sure to rest up. And milk it for all it's worth in the meantime! Back rubs!!!!

lovins,
fiwa

No worries on the heat fiwa. I had to go buy a new heating pad after this happened. I found old trusty not working. - It's awesome (I'm excited about a heating pad ? not a good sign age wise) - it's bigger, like 24" long and wraps all around your back. Best part is it shuts off after about 15 minutes, reminding me to go get the ice pack - very cool.

I can't understand why Governor Gregoire hasn't asked for federal help yet. Surely those folks need all the help they can get. Did you read the stories in Seattle Time's tonight? Those people have lost everything. I wish I had the physical ability to go and help right now.

Back Rubs? yeah, not so much – Partner has learned to stay the hell away from my back

–Look, but DON”T TOUCH !

Later friend !
